CONFERENCES, CORPORATE MEETINGS AND FUNCTIONS

We can accommodate up to 50 delegates for a conference or meeting in our spacious conference room upstairs.  We have a big screen TV available and catering can be arranged with special tailor-made menus to suit every delegate's dietary requirements.  Barbeques can be arranged at the guesthouse around the swimming pool or in our starlit 'cave'.  For those delegates in need of some activity to unwind, JayBay House is within walking distance of the beach, restaurants, pubs, gym and golf facilities.  Or guests can just relax around the heated swimming pool, soaking up the sun.  Various configurations for conferences are available: Boardroom Theatre, Herringbone U and V Shape Clusters.   All Conference packages include the use of the conference venue, Mid Morning/afternoon tea, coffee, juice and biscuits/scones/muffins, Lunch (menu to determine price), Dinner/braai (menu to determine price) & Accommodation (including breakfast).  Special packages can be arranged to suit your needs as well as discount tariffs for group bookings.

WEDDINGS

We offer our venue free of charge on condition that guests overnight and we do the catering. 

Number of guests: We can cater for a maximum of 50 with a squeeze, comfortably between 30-40.  We have accommodation for 20 guests and there are a variety of guesthouses close to us for the rest of the party.  A dayroom will also be allocated for the bride and we have a honeymoon suite available for the bride and groom.

Rate: Depends on the menu you choose.  We have various menu options available:  Bronze, Silver or Gold, Cocktails or Spitbraai.  We can alter the menus to your specific needs and requirements.  Contact us to see the different menus and prices.

Breakage Deposit:  A R500 deposit is required (refundable).

Venue times:  Available for set up from 9am and all night when booked out.

JayBay House supplies: Food as per the menu chosen by you. White table cloths and white linen napkins, cutlery, crockery, glasses, cleaning services.  We will gladly assist with arrangements of Décor, flowers, music etc…. and what else has to be hired.  We do have a very reliable contact who can help you with this.  Anything is do-able!
